Events Description

A magical evening of firelight and candlelight, food and old-fashioned activities in a stunning historic building, nestled in the heart of downtown Toronto.

Hygge — the Scandinavian tradition of celebrating the simple beauties of life — means that we’ll shut out the bustle and stress, gather by the fire and play table games, roast chestnuts, listen to poetry, music and stories, talk, enjoy delicious food, mulled wine and more.

You’ll even find quiet corners where you can just relax with a book and a mug of hot cider.

There will be a different activity in each beautiful room, with open fires and candles everywhere, hot drinks served from the hearth, and a tempting array of hot and cold dishes.
