Events Description
Feed Your Soul with an authentic Louisiana cooking experience. Begin with a Sazerac, a New Orleans-born cocktail made with rye whiskey, bitters, Herbsaint and lemon peel.
Then grab some Cajun seasoning and follow along with Louisiana chefs Cody and Samantha Carroll to craft dishes reflecting Louisiana’s incredible culture that blends French, Spanish, German, American Indian, African and more. Bringing a taste of Louisiana to Toronto, participants will enjoy:
Shrimp Remoulade Salad
Shrimp Etouffee
Duck and Andouille Gumbo
Bananas Foster Bread Pudding
Each guest will take home recipes to recreate these Louisiana classics and more in their own kitchen, Cajun spices, Tabasco, and a “Feed Your Soul” apron.
