My Chemical Romance has announced the first North American tour in 9 years. The 18-date tour will kick off in Detroit on Sept. 9, finishing in in Las Vegas on Oct. 11. The date includes a Canadian stop in Toronto, which will feature all four members of the band’s lineup — Way, Mikey Way, Ray Toro and Frank Iero.
