Attended the New Years Sheer Elegance in the Sky event (2018) for New Years and all I have to say is that stay away … what a joke. Food & service was horrible and dance floor was small crowded, hot, liquids spilled all over the floor, making it dangerous to walk/dance…It was like how many sardines can you fit in can to maximize profit. I would not even give this event a one-star rating. Beware do not get sucked in to the original price tag of the event. Once you go there you will learn how much extra you will end up paying before the night is over. I will never attend such a crappy hosted event.
And also, Management did not care…very rude, obnoxious, self centered – not client focused and concerned about how much money they can grab from you …I can not believe that Toula management would allow such crap in their premises. Westin hotel needs to take some action on this….hotel service was very enjoyable
