Events Description

Nature lovers of all ages can come on a leisurely, one-hour guided walk along the Wildflower Preserve trails, highlighting the native Ontario wildflowers of the season such as mayapple, trillium, bloodroot and trout lily. The walk will also touch on the fauna of the Lower Don Valley. Refreshments (tea and pineapple cake) will be served in the Brewery at the conclusion of the walk.
This is an outdoor walk on unpaved paths (gravel and wood) and includes inclines and a short staircase.

Who is it for?

All ages – Family

Participants should wear appropriate walking shoes and dress for the weather. Dogs on leash may accompany participants on the outdoor walk but are not permitted in the indoor areas for the post-walk refreshments.
