Events Description
This evening of fine dining and premium scotch promises to ignite your palate as Executive Chef Derrick Brampton pairs a rich, warm and decadent 4-course dinner with a sampling of five different scotches from Speyside and the Highlands regions of Scotland.
Throughout the evening, as you enjoy braised octopus, tagine of lamb and braised short ribs you will be educated by a scotch ambassador whose passion for teaching about all the different taste nuances, scent, touch and history will be contagious.
Each night one lucky winner will be presented with a prize pack valued at $200.
