It’s time to get your SWEAT & SoCIAL on Toronto!
Join us this summer at the Lakeview Pool Lounge at Downtown Toronto’s Radisson Blu for an exciting workout series happening over the course of six weekends.
The event will be running weekly from July 10 to August 21 and feature Toronto’s top trainers. Workouts will happen from 10 am to 11 am on event days and vary from HIIT to boxing, yoga, and more.
After your workout, you can count on cheers-ing to all your hard work with a complimentary SoCIAL LITE vodka soda.
Those who attend will also receive a free day pass for the pool where you can enjoy some fun in the sun and soak up the incredible cityscape views. Did we mention you also get a fun swag bag?
100% of ticket sales will be donated to Bootcamps for Change, a local Toronto organization that facilitates in-shelter health and employment programs for at-risk youth in Canada.

July 10 – Karina + Chris | 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Karina is a fitness and wellness coach, and founding trainer @barryscanada, and Chris is a fitness coach and chief instructror @barrys Karina & Chris will be leading this week’s class through a body-weight, circuit-style, full-body mobility & movement workout. You’ll start with a 5-10 minute warm-up to get your body ready to work and activate every single muscle from top to bottom. The workout will end with a 5-10 minute cool down before you celebrate with a complimentary SoCIAL LITE!
July 17 – Caleigh | 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Caleigh is a fitness expert & boxing coach and the founder of @boloinc Caleigh will be leading this week’s class through an all-levels Boxing-Inspired HIIT workout. Expect lots of punches, footwork, and some dynamic strength moves that will leave you dripping! You’ll start off with a 5-10 minutes warm-up, then dive right into this fun, high-intensity full-body sweat sesh. You’ll end the workout off with a 5-10 minute cool down before you celebrate with a complimentary SoCIAL LITE!
July 24 – Cassie & Jahmeek | 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Cassie is a fitness coach and founder of @alldayfit.co and Jahmeek is a Toronto firefighter and performance coach @alldayfit.co Cassie and Jahmeek will be bringing the energy in this week’s class with body-weight circuit style training that will get your body pumping! Starting off with a 5-10 minutes warm-up, then test your strength and endurance with this total-body strength and conditioning workout. You’ll end the workout off with a 5-10 minute cool down before you celebrate with a complimentary SoCIAL LITE!
August 7 – Jay | 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Jay is a boxing and fitness coach, and the founder of @wall.st.co Jay will be leading this week’s class in a high-intensity Primal Flow class to get your heart pumpin’! You’ll start off with a 5-10 minute warm-up, then move through a functional workout in different planes of movement while rediscovering how our bodies were designed to move. You’ll end the workout off with a 5-10 minute cool down before you celebrate with a complimentary SoCIAL LITE!
August 14 – Daria | 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Daria (@thesweatseries) is the founder of The Sweat Series, an online power yoga platform. Daria will be leading you through her Power Flow method – a signature yoga class that combines vinyasa yoga with other forms of movement like sculpting, stretching, and mobility. This class is designed to build strength, stability, and flexibility. Suitable for all levels – you don’t need to be flexible or even know what to do. All you need is a willingness to step on your mat and practice. Post-flow we will celebrate together with a complimentary SoCIAL LITE!
August 21 -Julie | 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Julie is a spin & yoga instructor, fitness coach, and the founder of @6ix_cycle and @6ix__flow.
