Unfolding the petals of our inner world offers great insight and opportunity to self-examine ourselves, our life and everything we’ve created in our reality.
This 1-hour workshop will be a colourful journey through the chakras. We’ll travel through each chakra’s location, basic issues, elements, rights, and both excessive and deficient characteristics as well as how to bring them into balance with activity, food, practices and more.
Bring a notebook and pen!
