Gather round the table at Mackin House to learn about the components, traditional and contemporary, of the Passover Seder plate. Join cook and Coquitlam Heritage Society board member Sandra Hochstein in exploring the meaning of the various foods used to tell the story of the Isrealites’ exodus from Egypt. There will be lots of symbolic items to sample and the evening will end with a bowl of nourishing chicken soup with matzo balls.
