The Fraser River Discovery Centre is filled with stories of those who live and work along the Fraser River, and we are pleased to bring these stories to life in our guided tour programs this summer!
Currently, the Discovery Centre offers two distinct tour options for the summer months:
– Our Exhibit Tours guide visitors through both floors of the Centre’s gallery space while offering unique insights and stories that bring our exhibits to life. Offered Fridays @ 10:30AM and Saturdays @ 2:00PM from June 4th until September 4th. $8-$20 for exhibit tours.
– Our Historical Walking Tours offer the chance to learn about the environment, history, and culture of the Fraser River while strolling down the New Westminster quay. Offered Saturdays @ 10:30AM and Sundays @ 2:00PM, from June 5th until September 5th. $5.00 per participant, free for children 2 and under.
