Looking for a meaningful way to start the new year?
Come walk the labyrinth at St. Paul’s Church in the West End. The labyrinth is a waking meditation space. The floor pattern features a singular path in to the centre of the space and back out again.
On New Year’s Day, walk in sacred silence or to the beautiful music of Theda Phoenix on vocals, guitar and crystal bowls.
Walk and reflect or sit and contemplate, in community with others.
You don’t have to know how to meditate or walk the labyrinth to benefit from the soothing ambiance of this sacred space. Spend some time here on the first day in January. Consider the year ahead. It’s a new dawn. It’s a new day.
Guidance provided in ways to walk the labyrinth.
The labyrinth is an alcohol and drug-free space.
