Celebrate the beginning of a new year, or the end of one by indulging in a curated culinary journey with Burdock & Co. Executive Chef and Owner Andrea Carlson is once again inviting diners into her Main Street restaurant on New Year’s Eve to experience a seasonal menu celebrating local artisans and growers.
Raise a glass of naturalist wine or a bespoke cocktail to the new and old this holiday while savouring farm-to-table dishes inspired by B.C.’s bountiful sustainable seafood, the season’s freshest local produce and ethically-raised meats.
The restaurant will host two seatings. The first begins at 6:00pm and caters to revellers with post-diner plans. The early bird seating costs $79 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and offers a lighter fare to whet diners’ festive evening. Merrymakers who want to indulge in a comprehensive culinary experience to ring in the new year, are encouraged to opt for the later second seating starting at 8:30pm.
The second seating costs $119 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Naturalist wine pairings are available for both seatings at an additional cost.
