Guests will delight in renowned Ocean Wise executive chef Ned Bell’s three-course menu featuring dishes from his inaugural cookbook Lure and showcasing the best in sustainable, locally-sourced ingredients. Wine pairings and upgrade courses will be available.
There will be two seatings per night at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. in the transformed bistro-esque Aquarium Café.
Guests will be able to explore Aquarium’s galleries after the early seating or before the late seating making this a truly unique experience. Dine Out Vancouver may also serve as the last chance for some guests to get hands on with the cownose and southern stingrays in the Discover Rays exhibit, which closes spring 2018.
