Events Description
Taking place on the last Saturday of each month, Super Saturdays is a series of public programs geared toward families. There are lots of activities that explore different features of the Fraser River, from its booming industry to its diverse ecosystem!
This month we’re headed underwater to take a look at the largest fish that inhabit the Fraser River – white sturgeon! Known as the ‘Ghosts of the Fraser’, these elusive fish can live for decades and grow over six metres long. They face many dangers before they reach adulthood, from hungry river otters to water pollution and climate change.
