Events Description

A Nordic night of wine, cheese and cross-country skis.

Back by popular demand, we’ll be hosting not one, but two nights of this event. We’ll be pairing a moon-lit cross-country ski on FortWhyte’s groomed trails with creative combinations of wine and food pairings from our friends at the Buffalo Stone Cafe.

Enjoy four thoughtfully-prepared creations courtesy of the Buffalo Stone Cafe by Diversity Foods, artfully paired with an inspired selection of wine from The Winehouse and cheese from Bothwell Cheese. Warm up around the bonfire to cap off this nordic experience. This casual culinary event is perfect for wine enthusiasts of all levels.

B-Y-O-Skis and join us on the trails for a guided trek through the forest, on the lookout for wildlife along the way. Not into skiing? Join in on our guided snowshoe instead. Snowshoes will be available to borrow free of charge.
