Events Description

Learn to cook Exchange District classics in your own home.

The Exchange District Cooking Club is a virtual cooking show/cooking class series where you get to learn how to prepare some of the Exchange District’s favourite dishes. Some of the Exchange District’s most iconic restaurants will create a meal-kit of one of their signature dishes, with the chef appearing live on a participatory cooking show hosted by Pam Kirkpatrick on Sundays, beginning in January.

Volume One kicks off on Sunday, January 17th with a recipe so secret, it’s usually kept in a vault. For real.

At $75 a ticket, you’ll get the ingredients you need to make dinner for two, the complete recipe instructions, and exclusive access to an interactive, live cooking class. It’s a great way to learn a new skill, support local restaurants, and have a great evening at home.

Each Episode begins live and interactive at 4:00 pm and will run for about an hour. Archived episodes will be available for participants to view in the future. Depending on the dish, participants may need to do some light prep before the starting time.

Tickets are limited, and available now. Meal kits are accessed via curbside pickup.
