Downtown Winnipeg is conducting Fitness in the Park classes this summer!

DO NOT ATTEND A CLASS IF YOU OR A FAMILY MEMBER ARE SICK
We will be enforcing 6 feet social distancing at ALL TIMES.

Fitness in the Park schedule below:

Monday:
9Round Fitness at Manitoba Legislative Grounds (West Lawn along Osborne Street)

Tuesday:
Yoga Public at Millennium Library Park

Wednesday:
Morfit at Millennium Library Park

Thursday:
Yoga Public Millennium Library Park

Friday:
Morfit at Manitoba Legislative Grounds (West Lawn along Osborne Street)

Our Instructors:

9Round: 9Round offers a 30-minute full-body kick boxing workout that’s fast, effective and fun with personal trainers to help you. For more information on 9Round, please click here.

Morfit: Morfit offers a variety of classes depending on what day you attend Fitness in the Park!

Wednesday class: Strength in the Sun (strength based)

Friday class: Sweat in the Sun (cardio based)
