Experience an evening of mindfulness, movement and connecting to the natural world with CPAWS Manitoba environmental educator Avery Kash.
Avery will guide participants through a beginner-friendly yoga session and mindfulness meditation with a focus on connecting to nature and releasing tension. Participants will practice mindful walking as we connect to our senses to explore the beauty within Assiniboine Park.
All bodies and all levels of experience are welcome in this loving and inclusive space.
Please bring a mat or blanket for the movement portion of the workshop.
