In a world of American-owned restaurant chains, Cora is a Canadian entrepreneurial success story.
For the grand opening, giveaways are planned throughout the week of March 11. A very special visit from founder Cora Tsouflidou is scheduled at 10 a.m. on March 13 to perform the Egg-Cracking Ceremony, the first symbolic omelette made in the officially opened restaurant.
In addition, special activities for the kids will also be taking place over the weekend of March 16-17.

March 13 – Grand Opening Ceremony
With founder Cora Tsouflidou. Raise your glass with us! Each guest will receive a FREE fruit cocktail with the purchase of a $9 meal or more.
March 14

Come and meet Kiwi, our mascot, plus colouring contests and giveaways all day!
