Prairie Love is a series of seasonal yoga festivals that celebrate community and wellness in the land of big skies and big hearts, run by Prairie Yogi Inc. partners Rachelle Taylor and Laura Wittig.
Since their inception in 2014, these inspiring events have created the space for over 2,000 prairie yogis to connect with their yoga and wellness practices and their community through inspirational workshops and speakeasys.
September’s Prairie Love Festival is the first and biggest yoga festival in the prairies is set in nature as a capstone to the prairie’s favourite season.
Prairie Love’s customizable schedule of yoga, meditation, and creative workshops have something to offer for all levels of yogi (yes! even beginners) with renowned instructors from across Canada alongside awesome local instructors and workshop facilitators. The festival grounds are open to the public, who can enjoy local musical talent, our Mindful Market, and complimentary wellness activities on the Free Stage throughout the weekend.

Prairie Love Festival ticket holders can choose from over 70 curated wellness workshops to customize their festival experience based on intention and skill level.
To ensure pre-registration goes seamlessly, please ensure that the attendee info you enter when purchasing your ticket on Eventbrite is correct – if you are purchasing more than one ticket, each ticket must be assigned to the correct email address to properly sync with the Festival Schedule pre-registration.

Mindful Market @ Birds Hill Provincial Park – Folk Festival Grounds
Birds Hill Provincial Park is 34 km (20 minutes) northeast of Winnipeg on Provincial Hwy 59 (City Route 20). This will take you to the West Gate. Follow the signs to find festival drive.
Alternatively, you can take Route 20 to Dugald Road to Hwy 206 to get to the East Gate. Parking is free and close to the Folk Fest site. (This is our recommended route for ease of finding the festival grounds!)
For participants looking to stay close to the festival at the Birdshill Park campground, please book directly through Manitoba Provincial Parks reservation service online or by calling 204-948-3333. Please note that campsites are limited and are available on a first-come-first-served basis and that the Birdshill Campground is a 5-minute drive/15 minute bike ride from the Prairie Love festival grounds.
