Edmonton Riverboat is back cruising the North Saskatchewan River.
Enjoy the sights of downtown Edmonton on a calming cruise across the North Saskatchewan River on Edmonton Riverboat – a 339-passenger paddle-wheeler.
The 2023 season will begin on Mother’s Day. You can take Mom on a cruise featuring music, a photo booth, and brunch. The brunch menu includes salads, chickpea medley, vegetarian egg frittata, herb potatoes, waffles, pastries, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, desserts, and a charcuterie board. Tickets range from $19.95 to $96.95 and can be purchased online.
While the 2023 schedule is not yet announced, Edmonton Riverboat offers themed cruises, including Date Nights, River Cruises on Weekends featuring live entertainment, Canada Day Fireworks cruise, and more!
Erstwhile Edmonton Queen began sailing in 1995. The boat was then sold in 2016 for $553,000. It then underwent costly renovations and is now called Edmonton Riverboat.
Edmonton Riverboat usually sails until October, depending on North Saskatchewan water levels.

Just finished a paddle boat tour on the Mississippi – was wondering if there are any tours that sail down or up the Saskatchewan River from any point – lasting say a week. Would love to do one.
As far as we know there are no guided tours. You can plan a DIY tour using maps from Paddle Alberta– https://paddlealberta.org/product-category/maps/.

For a more unique trip, we suggest Red Deer River through badlands. See section 5, https://www.todocanada.ca/places-to-go-tubing-floating-and-guided-raft-trips-in-and-around-calgary/

How much for a 3 year old and do you have availability tonight at 8
Hi Carey,
It’s something we’re definitely working on, and if you reach out to me via email I’d love to get some of your feedback. We’ve made some changes to improve the user experience but there’s always room for improvement. Feel free to reach out to me directly with your feedback: matt@edmontonriverboat.ca
Your booking is convoluted and confusing. There are no clear times and you have to guess on availability. Your back button sends you to the beginning where it is several non-intuitive clicks to get back to booking. What I want and everybody else wants when they go to your site is to book a cruise quickly without routing around. Yet I have given up. Seriously thought about the Canada Day fireworks booking as well but will not wait for “more information.” Once and done. Check your site analytics. There are more of us in the “same boat.”
