Haunted Hike

Prepare your hearts and lungs this Halloween season as Eastern Alberta’s terrifying haunted attraction, the Haunted Hike is returning for another year.

Set in a massive warehouse in Vegreville, Haunted Hike has 18 themed rooms of twists, turns, and mysterious ‘creatures’ that lurk behind.

This year, the haunted house will be open from Friday to Sunday during the month of October.

During the day, the event is open for families and they can walk through the amazingly detailed rooms with no live actors.

Haunted Hike has also teamed up with the town of Vegreville Corn Maze for a perfect outing during Halloween.

This heart-racing and frightening Halloween attraction was originally started in Sherwood Park by the Glowatsky family 12 years ago. It soon became a very popular community event raising over $150,000 for Stollery Children’s Hospital and other local charities within its first four years of existence.

The Haunted Hike re-opened for profit in 2019 after a 7-year hiatus in the town of Vegreville.

Last year, over 7000 souls braved the haunted house.
