Saskatchewan Extends Public-Health Order to February 19

Saskatchewan is extending a COVID-19 public-health order that prohibits household visits for a few more weeks.

The Ministry of Health says current restrictions, which were set to expire Friday, will remain in effect until Feb. 19.

Officials say the province’s seven-day average of new daily cases sits at 254.


Another 232 infections and 14 deaths were reported today.

There were 208 people in hospital and 33 of those patients were receiving intensive care.

The province says three bars in Regina and Saskatoon have been fined a total of $14,000
