Four Canadian companies were recognized as among the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethispere.

The 2024 edition of the World’s Most Ethical Companies Honoree List has recognized 136 organizations for their exceptional commitment to ethical business practices.
These honorees, spread across 20 countries and 44 industries, include newcomers and stalwarts, with 15 organizations being recognized for the first time and 6 celebrated for their consistent presence since the list’s inception.
The four Canadian entities recognized are:
- Covenant Health (Alberta)
- Frontera Energy Corp (Alberta)
- Magna International Inc. (Ontario)
- Bank of Montreal (Quebec)
Per the website, Ethisphere’s World’s Most Ethical Companies program aims to highlight organizations dedicated to the highest ethical standards.
Ethisphere’s evaluation, initiated in 2006, is comprehensive, leveraging its proprietary Ethics Quotient® to assess organizations across five key dimensions: ethics and compliance programs, corporate culture, corporate citizenship, governance, and third-party management. The selection process is thorough, including a 243-point assessment and a deep dive into the organizations’ ethical reputation and practices, offering a benchmark for others to measure their own efforts against.
