Art Gallery of Ontario to Reopen on July 2, 2020

Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) has announced that it will safely reopen to the public from July 2nd.

The reopening will be allowed in stages with AGO opening its doors to Members and Annual Pass Holders who book timed-entry tickets in advance on July 2nd.

AGO members will be allowed to book tickets from June 25 and Annual Pass holders can book starting June 26.

The general public can purchase timed-entry single tickets in advance starting July 16, the public, with visiting the Gallery to start on July 23.

During the reopening phase,  the AGO will be open every Thursday thru Sunday, from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

While group courses, tours and programs, including the Dr. Mariano Elia Hands-On Centre, remain suspended, the AGO will continue to bring free talks, performances, tours and art-making experiences to visitors virtually at AGO.ca.

Three levels of the AGO will be open on July 2, including the J.S. McLean Centre for Indigenous & Canadian Art, the Thomson Collection of European Art, the Thomson Collection of Canadian Art and the Henry Moore Sculpture Centre.

Thursday thru Sunday, from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m from July 2, 2020

How Much:

All visitors 25 and under free, unlimited admission; a $35 Annual Pass includes entry for an entire year.

Single tickets are $25.
