Big Splash Water Slide Park will be reopening its doors on July 1st as part of Phase 3 of British Columbia‘s restart plan.
Several health and safety measures will be in place. In addition to providing hand sanitizers and encouraging frequent handwashing, the waterpark will also be limiting the number of guests in the park at a given time as well as in the hot tubs and pools, and increase sanitization of high touchpoints. Temperature scans/screening of all guests and employees will be conducted at entry and additional outdoor showers will be provided for guest use.
The waterpark will also place physical barriers such as protective screens at all customer contact points. The waterpark will be enforcing one-directional walkways and paths to all slides and also ensure 2m physical distancing between guests.
In addition to these changes, the park will allow each family to bring in 1 cooler of food/drinks. However, no outside alcohol will be allowed.
Please be aware that the Waterpark will be using Chlorine as a Disinfectant in the Water.
