The menu takes guests on a culinary tour across France, Korea, Brazil, and Belgium without ever leaving their seats. Delight in Spicy Beef Bao, Sous Vide Filet with beef tallow French fries, Smoked Sirloin Picanha with chimichurri, and finish with a divine Belgian Chocolate Lava Cake.
