This family-owned resort, located less than 90 minutes from Fredericton, Moncton and Saint John, offers a dreamy, rustic, and luxe experience in its geodesic domes.
With a fun colour-coding system, each of the eight domes has a unique layout and amenities to suit your needs. The Bur Oak, for example, is pet-friendly and has a classic T-style layout with one queen-sized bed. The Indigo, Harvest, and Blue Skies domes also have T-style layouts with one queen-sized bed, while the Pink Sunrise and Purple Violet have loft-style layouts with one queen-sized bed and ample living space. Balsam Fir and Bellflower domes have two twin beds and a queen bed.
What sets Lake View Glamping apart are the geodesic domes themselves. They are situated on lots rich with evergreen trees like Balsam Fir and White Spruce, providing natural privacy and close proximity to the stunning waterfront of Grand Lake.
Lake View Glamping
Each dome is designed to make you feel at home in nature, with features like a hot tub to soak in after a long day, a pet-friendly dome, a BBQ grill for culinary needs, a quiet outdoor patio, and a closed fire pit to keep you cozy.
No matter the time of year, Lake View Glamping has something to offer.
Winter guests can enjoy snowshoeing, hot tubs, and nearby snowmobile trails, while summer guests can go swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hammocking, and hiking to nearby waterfalls. There are also ATV trails for exploring the surrounding mountains and plenty of opportunities for fishing, birdwatching, and picnics by Grand Lake. Kayaks, paddle boards and snowshoes are available for rent.
The Grand Lake is just a stone’s throw away from Lake View Glamping. Stretching for 20 kilometres long and 5 kilometres wide, the Grand Lake is the largest open body of water in the province and a popular site for recreational activities such as kayaking, birdwatching, fishing, and more.
