The 2026 holiday lineup launches November 5, introducing tiramisu-inspired coffee drinks, new chai and fruit-based beverages, and the return of favourites such as Peppermint Mocha and Caramel Brûlé Latte.
Here’s what’s coming to the menu this year.
New Starbucks Holiday Drinks for 2026
One of the biggest additions is the Tiramisu Velvet collection, inspired by the Italian dessert.
The new Tiramisu Velvet Latte combines Starbucks Signature Espresso, milk and vanilla syrup with Velvet Mascarpone Cold Foam and a cocoa-coffee dusting. It will be available hot or iced.
The Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew offers a chilled alternative, pairing cold brew and vanilla syrup with the same mascarpone topping and a dusting of cocoa.
For chai drinkers, the new Iced Caramel Brûlé Cream Chai mixes creamy chai with caramel brûlé sauce and caramel brûlé bits.
Starbucks is also introducing the Apple Pomegranate Refresher, combining crisp apple flavours with popping pomegranate-flavoured pearls. Customers can choose the Snowy Apple version with coconut beverage or a lemonade variation.
Refreshers will be available in caffeine-free, classic and energy-boost options.

Several popular holiday drinks are returning, including:
- Peppermint Mocha: Available hot, iced or as a Frappuccino blended beverage.

Holiday Treats and the New Bearista Cake Pop
There are a few reasons to check out the bakery case, too.
The new Bearista Cake Pop joins three returning holiday treats: the Snowman Cookie, Cranberry Bliss Bar and Gingerbread Loaf.
Starbucks Red Cup Day Returns November 17
Starbucks is also bringing back its annual Red Cup Day on November 17, 2026.
Customers who purchase any handcrafted holiday beverage will receive a collectible reusable red cup, while supplies last. Starbucks says more details will be announced soon.
This year’s holiday drink cups feature festive bows, Christmas trees and a retro-inspired holiday colour palette.
There is also a limited-edition holiday pup cup for customers visiting with their dogs.
