Starbucks is bringing back one of its most talked-about drinks, but only for a single weekend.
The Unicorn Frappuccino will be available at participating Starbucks coffeehouses worldwide on August 15 and 16, while supplies last. Canadian customers will also be able to order the limited-time beverage on both days.
First introduced in 2017, the colourful blended drink quickly became a viral sensation. It also made a brief appearance earlier this year at the Coachella Music Festival.
The returning Frappuccino combines creamy mango flavours with a tangy blue drizzle. It is topped with whipped cream and a pink-and-blue sweet and tart topping.
The drink is also designed to change as customers enjoy it. Swirling the cup alters its colours and shifts the balance of flavours, giving it the “colour-changing enchantment” that helped make the original release so memorable.
The Unicorn Frappuccino will return across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
