Toronto 
The 2026 Michelin Guide Toronto & Region was unveiled Tuesday, and this year’s star announcements brought no new additions.
Restaurant Pearl Morissette, at 3953 Jordan Rd. in Lincoln, remains the region’s only Two-Star restaurant after receiving its second Star last year.
Michelin has called the destination, which combines a restaurant, winery, orchard, farm and bakery, “a powerhouse.” Chefs Daniel Hadida and Eric Robertson build the tasting menu around Canadian ingredients and the seasons. One dish highlighted by the Guide pairs roasted guinea hen with chanterelles, mokum carrot and fig.
Fourteen restaurants maintained One Star. Thirteen are in Toronto, while The Pine in Creemore is the lone One-Star restaurant outside the city.
Beyond the Stars, Michelin continues to recognize restaurants through its Bib Gourmand and Recommended designations.

2026 Michelin Special Awards
Michelin also presented four professional awards. Andrew Golden of Golden Horseshoe Barbecue received the Young Chef Award; Sharon Chan of 156 ONEFIVESIX received the Exceptional Cocktails Award; Eric Roell of LORE received the Service Award; and Toni Weber of Restaurant 20 Victoria received the Sommelier Award.
