As Featured In Meal: McDonald’s Serves Up Film & TV Moments in Its Latest Offering

McDonald’s, celebrated in entertainment for decades, introduces the “As Featured In Meal,” which showcases iconic menu items seen in film, TV, and music.

Starting August 14, McDonald’s will launch the “As Featured In Meal,” a global culinary experience that allows fans to relish menu items iconic to film, television, and music. Available in more than 100 countries, including Canada, the meal includes three main options:

  • 10-piece Chicken McNuggets
  • Quarter Pounder with Cheese,
  • Big Mac® sandwich.
 

The meal will be paired with medium World Famous Fries and a medium fountain drink. A rebranded Sweet ‘N Sour Sauce, which draws inspiration from Marvel Studios’ upcoming “Loki” Season 2, set to premiere on Disney+ on October 6 can also be added to the meal.

This limited-time offer is available via the McDonald’s app, in-restaurant, and through the Drive Thru at participating locations and will be accompanied by exclusive content and merchandise. Morgan Flatley, McDonald’s Global Chief Marketing Officer, says the meal celebrates not only real-life fans but also pays homage to beloved characters that have interacted with the brand across entertainment mediums.

Further amplifying the experience, McDonald’s has partnered with PALACE, a London-based skate and streetwear brand known for its disruptive and witty McDonald’s-themed designs. Fans purchasing the “As Featured In Meal” will be able to scan a QR code on the packaging to access an exclusive line of PALACE McDONALD’S merchandise.
