A familiar Canadian summer treat is back on the menu.
A&W Canada has brought back its Root Beer Float for a limited time, giving customers another chance to order the drink long tied to warm-weather memories, road trips, and frosty mugs.
The float combines A&W Root Beer with creamy vanilla ice cream.
A&W says customers continued to ask for the float after it left the menu, which helped lead to its return. The company also describes A&W Root Beer as Canada’s favourite root beer, noting its bold flavour, creamy finish and spiced bite.
The Root Beer Float is available starting June 15 at participating A&W restaurants and through the A&W mobile app. Like many seasonal favourites, it will only be offered while supplies last.
