A&W Canada has introduced the Masala Veggie Burger, targeting vegetarians and those eager to explore new flavours.
This new offering features a crispy vegetable patty, Nanak® paneer, and a robust masala mix, embodying the essence of South Asian cuisine. Available exclusively in Ontario, the burger caters to the local demand for a substantial vegetarian option in the fast-food sector.
The Masala Veggie Burger is designed to meet the dietary preferences of a significant portion of the South Asian community in Canada, who often find limited vegetarian choices.
“The patty, made with real vegetables, Nanak paneer and select spices is the hero. Paired with a spicy piri-piri sauce, fresh lettuce, tomato and crisp red onions, the burger is like no other in Canada, delivering a depth of flavour and spice that everyone will enjoy,” said Karan Suri, Director of Menu Development at A&W Canada in a news release.
Priced at $6 plus tax, the Masala Veggie Burger is available at participating A&W locations across Ontario for a limited time.
