Rock icons Billy Idol and Joan Jett & the Blackhearts are teaming up for a North American tour titled It’s a Nice Day To…Tour Again!
The series of arena and amphitheatre performances, produced by Live Nation, begins April 30 at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, Arizona. The tour includes notable stops at venues such as Madison Square Garden in New York, the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, and the Budweiser Stage in Toronto on May 23.
Billy Idol, a defining figure in rock for over four decades, continues to release new music, with a forthcoming LP on Dark Horse Records set for release later this year. His most recent project, a concert film titled Billy Idol: State Line, documents his 2023 performance at the Hoover Dam, the first concert ever held at the historic site.
Joan Jett, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, will join Idol throughout the tour. With hits like “I Love Rock ‘N’ Roll” and “Bad Reputation,” Jett has built a legacy as a trailblazer in rock music. Alongside her band, the Blackhearts, she continues to perform globally and support emerging artists through her label, Blackheart Records.
