Situated at 61 Laurier Street, just opposite the Canadian Museum of History, the shop aims to serve as the go-to spot for bagel lovers, offering an array of classic flavours, including sesame, poppy seed, and everything bagels, alongside a curated selection of coffees, craft beers, and regional products.

A diverse menu of sandwiches includes Montreal-style smoked meat with mustard and smoked gouda, Philly Fromage with brisket beef and Monterey Jack, and a variety of others featuring turkey, roast beef, breakfast ingredients, and vegetarian options. Unique selections include the Bobino with Italian meats, Pear Brie Chicken, The Greek, Smoked Salmon, and a classic BLT, all featuring homemade sauces and quality ingredients.

The shop’s name and location hold historical significance, paying tribute to the legacy of the children’s show Bobino and its creator, Guy Sanche, who hailed from Hull.

The establishment’s launch was made feasible through substantial financial backing from the Programme de revitalisation pour la relance du centre-ville, Desjardins, and Brigil.
