Coronavirus: Cadillac Fairview Malls Reduce Hours & Closes Indoor Access in Select Malls

March 25: In response to Quebec and Ontario closing all non-essential services, Cadillac Fairview Corporation have enclosed shopping centres in Ontario & Quebec.

What is Closed:


March 14: In response to the government of Canada’s efforts to limit the rate of spread of COVID-19, Cadillac Fairview Corporation is limiting the hours of operation of their shopping malls.

Public Health officials have not advised CF malls to close.

Effective Monday, March 16 operating hours of all Cadillac Fairview Malls will be 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. every day (unless the regularly scheduled closing hour is earlier like Sundays).

These hours will remain in place for two weeks.

Cadillac Fairview said,  “Access to the property will remain unchanged, as we understand there are some services and tenants that may operate as per their usual hours of business, and we will continue to support them in their approach.”

Cadillac Fairview reiterated that all common areas like washrooms, stairwells, elevators /lobbies and employee common areas is subjected to increased cleaning.
