Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum will be reopening its doors on June 26th as museums and art galleries are allowed to reopen from June 19th in Hamilton as part of Stage 2 reopening.
Several health and safety measures will be in place. In addition to providing hand sanitizers, hand washing facilities, and increased cleaning and disinfecting, the museum will also be limiting visitor numbers and closing all hands-on, interactive elements to limit visitor contact in the galleries.
The museum will also place physical barriers such as plexiglass shields in customer service areas. Visitors will be encouraged to follow physical distancing with signage, spacing lines, and route markers.
