The space previously occupied by Nordstrom at Yonge and Dundas will welcome Simons, Eataly, and a new Nike flagship store.

Simons will debut its first downtown Toronto location, featuring a sprawling 110,000 square foot store over three levels. This flagship will offer a wide range of fashion for men and women, home decor, and exclusive Simons labels. The store’s unique architectural design, created in collaboration with Lemay Michaud Architecture and Gensler Design, will also showcase art by local artists.

Eataly, the famed Italian marketplace, will open its fourth Canadian location at CF Toronto Eaton Centre. Spanning 25,000 square feet over two levels, Eataly’s new outpost will further solidify Toronto’s unique status as the only North American city with four Eataly locations.

Nike will relocate its current store to a new 18,000 square foot flagship on Trinity Way, offering a more expansive and immersive shopping experience over two levels.

This announcement follows the recent opening of Queen’s Cross Food Hall, a culinary destination featuring 13 food stalls, two rotating pop-ups, and seating for 300 guests.

BMO will open a new two-level, 21,000 square foot branch this fall, taking over the former Samsung space.

Per the news release, CF has invested over $1.6 billion in CF Toronto Eaton Centre, including significant redevelopments and enhancements aimed at improving energy efficiency and sustainability since 2010.  The latest phase, set to be completed in late 2024, will feature roof enhancements and new staircases, further modernizing this iconic shopping destination.
