Cineplex has launched a first-of-its-kind movie subscription program in Canada called CineClub.
The subscription service costs $9.99 (plus tax) a month and you will receive one movie ticket every month valid for any regular admission movie. The movie ticket does not expire for active members.
In addition, members can purchase a companion ticket for $9.99 with the CineClub member ticket and two CineClub-priced tickets for $9.99 per showtime for additional theatre visits any time during the month.
Other perks of membership include:
- 20% discount off concessions (excluding alcoholic beverages).
- 10% discount off movie purchases or rentals at the Cineplex Store.
- 20% discount off amusement gaming at The Rec Room and Playdium locations across Canada
CineClub members can also earn SCENE points when they redeem their monthly membership ticket as well as all additional ticket purchases. For each redeemed monthly movie ticket, members will receive 50 SCENE points and 5 SCENE points for every $1 spent on purchased movie tickets.
