St. Louis Bar & Grill has launched its Dill-Licious summer menu, responding to the current trend and enduring consumer affection for dill pickles.
The seasonal offering introduces novel ways of incorporating dill flavours, particularly given the current social media buzz around inventive uses for pickles.
The Dill-Licious menu seeks to celebrate this food trend with its variety of dill-inspired offerings. A standout item is the Spicy Dill Wings, served with a unique, bold sauce, offering yet another twist on the restaurant’s world-famous wings. For guests inclined towards a bit of thrill, the Pickleback Shot, a blend of pickle juice and whisky, provides a piquant accompaniment.
The new menu also boasts of delectable offerings such as Hand-Tossed Dill Pickle Crispers, Cheeseburger Dilly Tots — comprising dill-seasoned tots loaded with crumbled hamburger, bacon bits, gravy, melted cheese, red onions, dill pickle pieces, and chipotle dill sauce, and the Big Dill Cruncher, a sandwich featuring seasoned fried chicken breast generously topped with a spicy dill chip mixture and Garlic Dill sauce, all nestled in a brioche bun.
Complementing the menu launch is the Brine & Brawn Pickle Jar Challenge, an event designed to test participants’ love for pickles through a test of strength — opening an oversized pickle jar. This activation, set to occur at select Toronto locations in the summer, not only offers a fun experience but also the opportunity to win exciting prizes.
