What to Expect at 2024 Magic of Lights Drive Thru
The annual event, sponsored by Auburn Developments and LIUNA Local 1059, promises to bring visitors joy and festive spirit through a larger venue and new attractions.
This year’s event offers a 2.5 km drive-through filled with holiday displays that delight visitors of all ages. The new route provides a scenic, treed pathway, convenient off-road queuing, and smoother access for local and out-of-town guests.
What is New & What to See and Do
Visitors can look forward to a mix of new attractions and beloved favorites, along with additional amenities to enhance their experience at the event.
- New Displays: This year’s show introduces the Maple Leaf Tunnel and Ornament Alley, adding fresh and exciting visuals to the lineup of light displays.
- Fan Favourites: Returning popular displays include the 50-foot Mega Tree, Prehistoric Christmas, Twas the Night Before Christmas, and the Enchanting Tunnel, lit using 10 different colors of LED bulbs. Some scenes several hundred feet long.
- Merchandise and Food: Attendees can purchase unique items like Magic of Lights cotton candy and dinosaur plush toys, as well as enjoy new food options available throughout the event.
- Charitable Support: The event supports the Children’s Health Foundation, with donations contributing to local pediatric care, cutting-edge equipment, and groundbreaking research at Children’s Hospital in London, TVCC, and the Children’s Health Research Institute. Donations can be made when purchasing tickets, offering attendees an opportunity to give back during the holiday season. Since inception 3 years ago, Magic of Lights London has donated $42,000 to local charities.

kilometres of LED lighting installed inside the displays?

The new venue offers a scenic and accessible location for the holiday event, accommodating a larger number of visitors with ease. The organisers say the venue’s natural setting with a longer, treed route enhances the overall ambiance, providing a memorable backdrop for the light displays.

Tickets are available in two options: Weekday tickets (valid Monday through Thursday) and Any Day tickets (usable any day of the week). Tickets are sold on a per-vehicle basis.
