Drivers across Canada will have the opportunity to save at the pump and support local charities as Circle K brings back its annual Fuel Day on May 21.

Customers who fill up between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. local time can save 10 cents per litre at more than 1,300 participating Circle K stations nationwide. The promotion runs nationwide and applies only during that four-hour window.
The promotion comes with a few limits. At Prince Edward Island Circle K locations, customers must pay for their fuel in-store to receive the discount. In Nova Scotia, the maximum allowable discount will be limited to 100 litres per vehicle.
The companies say the event is meant to offer practical relief at a time when everyday costs remain a concern. Stéphane Trudel, senior vice-president of Canada operations at Circle K Canada and Alimentation Couche-Tard, framed it as a straightforward gesture.
“Fuel Day is about delivering simple, meaningful savings,” he said, adding that the offer applies whether customers are commuting or planning longer trips.
The companies are also extending their summer push with a separate promotion. Starting May 26 and running until July 20, the “Fuel Your Summer Sweepstakes” will give customers a chance to win one of 200 gift cards valued at $450 each. Winners will be selected weekly.
Entry is tied to fuel purchases. Customers can scan a QR code at the pump or in-store after filling up to participate.
The 10 cents-per-litre discount will be reflected directly in pump prices during the promotion window.

In Nova Scotia, the discount applies to a maximum of 100 litres per vehicle, and in Prince Edward Island, customers must pay inside the store to receive the price reduction.
