Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is offering his family’s best wishes to U.S. President Donald Trump and the first lady.

Early Friday morning, U.S. President Donald Trump and Melania Trump confirmed they have COVID-19 on Twitter and are now in isolation.

Also on Twitter, Melania Trump stated they are feeling good and have postponed all upcoming engagements.

Justin Trudeau sent his best wishes to both the President and First Lady of the United States tweeting, “Sophie and I are sending our best wishes to @POTUS Trump and @FLOTUS. We hope you both get well soon and have a full recovery from this virus.”

Though Justin Trudeau never contracted the virus, his wife Sophie tested positive for COVID-19 in March after returning from a trip to England. She recovered within weeks.
