Select Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream Products Recalled Due to Presence of Metal Pieces

Kawartha Dairy Limited is recalling certain Kawartha Dairy brand ice cream products due to possible presence of pieces of metal.

 

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says the products were distributed in Ontario.

Recalled products include Kawartha Dairy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream and Kawartha Dairy Mint Chip Ice Cream.

The CFIA says there have been no reported injuries associated with the recall.

Consumers should not consume the products and retailers should not sell the recalled products.

The agency advises that people throw out or return the products.
