With the theme “Legends of the Sky,” this year’s airshow promises to be bigger and better than ever before.
One of the most exciting additions to the program is the introduction of a night performance on Friday evening. Spectators will be treated to a spectacular display featuring Randy W. Ball’s MiG-17 jet, one of the few remaining active jets of its kind in North America.
Accompanying the MiG-17 will be Kyle Fowler’s Long EZ aerobatic aircraft, which will dazzle the audience with breathtaking pyrotechnic effects. To top it off, the renowned firm Groupe Royal will present a mesmerizing performance involving a hundred drones, marking a groundbreaking moment as the first of its kind in Canada.
In addition to the night performance, several other thrilling acts have been lined up for the 6th edition.
Attendees can look forward to witnessing the impressive performance of the MIG-17, along with captivating shows by GO EZ Aerobatics, American aerobatic veteran Kent Pietsch, and the renowned WingWalker Carol Pilon.
Additionally, the event will present a Canadian first—a mesmerizing aerial ballet featuring a Salto glider towed by a Nanchang CJ-6 military aircraft.
The crowd will also have the privilege of witnessing the talents of legendary Red Bull Air Race pilot Pete McLeod.
