
In those two dozen boards, students will attend class half the time, with a maximum class size of 15. They’ll receive “curriculum−linked independent work” on days when they are not in school.
The province says it considered a number of factors in deciding which boards would open with the so−called “hybrid” model, including whether they are predominantly urban, the size and number of secondary schools and class sizes.
