Maple Syrup Season at Westfield Heritage Village is a unique opportunity for visitors to explore the process of turning sap into syrup.

Reservations for this program will open on January 29 at 7 AM, and it will be available on select dates in March.
The program is scheduled to run on Sundays, specifically on March 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31, as well as during the March Break days on Wednesday, March 13 and Thursday, March 14, and finally on Good Friday, March 29.
During the event, two demonstration sites, including a modern sugar shack, will be open for visitors to learn about maple syrup production. Westfield Heritage Village will also showcase maple syrup panels and offer a Maple Trivia Trail. The St. George Lions will be on hand to sell pancakes in the Ironwood Hall, and visitors can purchase maple treats from the General Store and Gift Shop.
In addition to the maple syrup-related activities, several historical buildings will be open for exploration. Knowledgeable volunteer historical interpreters will provide various demonstrations throughout the two-hour reservation period. Visitors are advised to dress warmly for their visit.
Advanced reservations are required for all visitors, including HCA Membership Pass holders. Each reservation covers a 2-hour time slot, includes parking for one vehicle, and allows up to six people. I
f you have two vehicles, a separate reservation is necessary. Time slots start at 10 AM, with the last one available at 2 PM, and the program concludes at 4 PM. Reservations can be made until 9 AM on the day of the visit, subject to availability.

Admission is free for HCA Membership Pass holders, but a $10.00 reservation fee applies. For non-HCA members, the reservation fee is $10.00, the vehicle fee is $11.00, and there is a per-person fee of $5.00 (children ages 5 and under are free).
