On July 31, 2024, Mary Brown’s Chicken will donate $2 from each meal, feast, and combo sold to support BGC Canada, the country’s largest youth-serving organization.

This initiative, known as BGC Day, is part of an annual fundraising effort across all Mary Brown’s locations.
Mary Brown’s Chicken, a National Corporate Partner of BGC Canada, aims to generate substantial support for the charity’s work in creating opportunities for underserved children and youth. In addition to the $2 donation per purchase, the company encourages Canadians to contribute directly through the charity or at coin donation boxes available in stores on BGC Day.
Owen Charters, President & CEO of BGC Canada, expressed gratitude for the continued support from Mary Brown’s Chicken, stating, “This marks our 3rd year celebrating BGC Day with Mary Brown’s Chicken, and we are deeply grateful for their continued support. Our shared values continue to shine bright as BGC Day helps us to create life-changing opportunities for countless children across the country.”
Since the partnership began, Mary Brown’s Chicken has raised $544,000 for BGC Canada, including $180,000 from previous BGC Day events. The company’s senior leadership team will actively participate in the fundraising efforts.
