McDonald’s Canada is adding a new layer of heat to its menu, and this time, it’s doing it everywhere.

For the first time, McDonald’s Canada has partnered with Frank’s RedHot on a limited-time menu that rolls out nationwide starting Tuesday, Feb. 3. Rather than focusing on a single item, the collaboration stretches across breakfast, sandwiches, and dipping sauces.
The idea is simple: take familiar McDonald’s staples and layer in Frank’s RedHot flavour. That includes the Frank’s RedHot Original McCrispy, featuring seasoned Canadian-raised chicken topped with lettuce, mayo-style sauce, and Frank’s RedHot Original Thick Sauce on a potato bun. A meat-free option is also part of the lineup with the Frank’s RedHot Original McVeggie, built on a breaded vegetable patty and finished with the same spicy sauce.
Heat shows up on the dipping side too. The Frank’s RedHot Hot Honey Dipping Sauce combines sweetness with spice, giving McNuggets a new option beyond the usual sauces.
Breakfast isn’t left out. McDonald’s is introducing a Frank’s RedHot Creamy Garlic McMuffin lineup, adding a spicy garlic twist to four sandwiches: Bacon ’N Egg, Sausage ’N Egg, Egg McMuffin, and Chicken McMuffin.
Francesca Cardarelli, Chief Marketing Officer at McDonald’s Canada, says the collaboration was about pushing flavour across the entire menu, not just adding heat in one place. The goal, she noted, was to work Frank’s RedHot into breakfast, dips, and sandwiches while keeping McDonald’s core taste intact.
What’s On the Menu:
- Frank’s RedHot® Original McCrispy: 100% Canadian-raised seasoned chicken and topped with shredded lettuce, mayo-style sauce and Frank’s RedHot Original Thick Sauce and served on a potato bun.
- Frank’s RedHot Original McVeggie: A breaded veggie patty made with a blend of vegetables and seasoning, topped with shredded lettuce, mayo-style sauce and Frank’s RedHot Original Thick Sauce, served on a toasted sesame bun.
- Frank’s RedHot Hot Honey Dipping Sauce: A dipping sauce with the sweet taste of honey and the heat of Frank’s RedHot to treat your McNuggets to a flavour they’ve never experienced before.
